Located on the south end of Salem, OR, the facility features:
- 8 seasonal pastures spread over more than 15 acres - 9 (additional) year round turn outs/mud runs - 60' x 120' indoor arena - 20M X 60M outdoor dressage arena - 12' x 12' matted stalls - Twice daily feedings - Wash stall - Locked tack room - Open 24/7 - All riding disciplines welcome - Close to trails - Private atmosphere Rates are as follows and are subject to change at any time: Self Care - $180.00 per month. - Stall rental - Bedding - Twice daily watering - Twice daily feedings (we are happy to feed Client provided and prepared grain and/or supplements) - Pallet space in feed room for Client provided hay - Client to provide stall cleaning (every other day minimum) Partial Care - $280.00 per month. - Stall rental - Bedding - Twice daily watering - Twice daily feedings (we are happy to feed Client provided and prepared grain and/or supplements) - Stable to provide local grass hay - Client to provide stall cleaning (every other day minimum) ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE: (*) Prescheduled and some restrictions may apply Blanket On/Off: $3 each way * Boots (pair) On/Off: $1 each way * Bucket Service (dump/refill): $3 per bucket Bucket Service + (dump/scrub/refill): $5 per bucket Farrier Holds: Trims $10, 1/2 Shoe $25, Full Shoe $40 * Fly Mask On/Off: $1 each way * Manure Removal (you clean/we take out): $25 per month Stall Cleaning: $5 daily * (discount for monthly service paid in advance) Trailer Parking: $10 per month Turn Out/In: $1 each way * |
LESSONS & TRAINING
Heather, who started riding hunt seat and jumping, has more than 35 years experience riding and training horses. Dressage is a passion discovered at the beginning of her partnership with Leo and has become the focus of her training.
Member in good standing with the United States Equestrian Federation, United States Dressage Federation, and Oregon Dressage Society. USDF Rider Performance Awards: 1st Level, 2nd Level USDF Medal Awards: Bronze Medal USDF University Award Level: Platinum Diploma Clinicians: Kathy Casey (r), Jan Ebling, Pam Goodrich, Catherine Haddad Staller, Jessica Wisdom (L*), Kristi Wysoki (FEI 3*) Rates are as follows and are subject to change at any time: Lessons (in-house, private) (45 minutes) - $40 each Schooling (under saddle) - $40 per ride Hand Walking (15 minutes) - $20 per session Lunge or Picadero at liberty (15 minutes) - $20 per session |
